2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the date of delivery.
- Items must not have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Items that are not eligible for return include:
- Final sale or clearly marked non-returnable items.
- Downloadable or digital products once accessed.
- Perishable goods or items that have been customized or personalized.
- Hazardous materials or items prohibited from return by law.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
- Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and include your RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the item to the return address provided in your RMA confirmation.
Please do not send items back without first receiving an RMA number, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return.
- Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If the return is due to a defect or our mistake, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
5. Refund Process and Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Credit Card Refunds: May take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Partial Refunds: May be granted in cases where the item is returned damaged (not due to our fault), missing accessories, or beyond the eligible return period at our discretion.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the same or different size, color, or style, subject to availability. If you would like to exchange an item:
- Follow the same process as initiating a return (Step 3 above).
- Indicate in your request that you would like an exchange and specify the desired replacement item.
- Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If lower, the difference will be refunded.
7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the defective or incorrect item and packaging.
We will promptly arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once an order has been dispatched, it must be returned following this policy. We process orders quickly, so cancellation is only guaranteed within 1 hour of placing the order.
9. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The return is initiated after the 30-day return window has expired.
- The product has been used, washed, or altered by the customer.
- The customer has changed their mind on a non-returnable item.
- Items returned without an RMA number or not in their original condition.
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, or improper care by the customer.
