1. Overview
Nova Marketing is committed to delivering your orders promptly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders, and has been prepared in compliance with Google Merchant Center (GMC) shipping policy requirements. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended; we will communicate any significant delays via email.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Carriers used may include:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- FedEx
- DHL (for select international shipments)
The carrier assigned to your shipment is determined at the time of dispatch based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also log into your account on novamarketing.site to view your order status and tracking information.
If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
6. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates, available destinations, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and chosen shipping method.
Please note:
- International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
- Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.
- Nova Marketing is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
- Some products may be restricted from international export due to product regulations or import laws of the destination country.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Nova Marketing is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched — contact us immediately if a correction is needed.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging and product upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Check all entry points and secure locations where the carrier may have left the package.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will assist you in filing a missing package claim with the carrier.
Nova Marketing is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier but reported stolen post-delivery. We recommend filing a police report in such cases.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, hazardous materials classification, or destination-specific regulations. Any such restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page. We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds if shipping is not possible to your specified location.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for express or large/heavy orders. Standard-size items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes via USPS.
