1. Introduction and Warranty Commitment

Nova Marketing (“we,” “our,” or “us”) stands behind every product we sell. This Warranty Policy outlines the protections we provide to our customers against defects in materials and workmanship, and has been prepared in compliance with Google Merchant Center (GMC) policy requirements and applicable U.S. consumer protection laws, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

We believe that a warranty is more than a legal document — it is a promise. When you purchase from Nova Marketing, you can shop with confidence knowing that we are committed to your long-term satisfaction. This policy applies to all products purchased directly through novamarketing.site and does not cover items purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers.


2. Scope and Coverage of Warranty

Our standard product warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. Specifically, we warrant that:

  • Products will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
  • Products will perform materially in accordance with their published descriptions and specifications for the duration of the warranty period.
  • Any product that fails due to a covered defect within the warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion, at no additional charge to you.

The warranty coverage period varies by product category and will be clearly stated on the product page. Where no specific warranty period is listed, a standard 90-day limited warranty applies from the date of delivery. Some premium products may carry extended warranties of 6 months or 1 year — refer to the individual product listing for details.


3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty is limited and does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification or repair.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions or care guidelines provided by Nova Marketing.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratching, or deterioration from regular use.
  • Cosmetic damage such as dents, scratches, broken plastic, or cracked screens that do not affect the core function of the product.
  • Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use described in the documentation.
  • Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers or product identifiers.
  • Consumable parts that are expected to diminish over time (e.g., batteries, filters, bulbs) unless the failure is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, second-hand marketplaces, or individuals.
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or corrosive environments beyond product specifications.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within the applicable warranty period.
  2. Provide your full name, order number, date of purchase, and a description of the defect or issue.
  3. Attach clear photographs or a short video demonstrating the defect or malfunction.
  4. Our warranty team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and respond with next steps.
  5. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item (if required) along with a prepaid return shipping label where applicable.
  6. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your replacement, repair, or refund within 7 business days.

Warranty claims submitted without adequate documentation may be delayed or denied. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the claim.


5. Warranty Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Nova Marketing will offer one of the following remedies at our sole discretion:

  • Repair: We will repair the defective product and return it to you in proper working condition.
  • Replacement: We will replace the defective product with an identical or functionally equivalent product.
  • Refund: If repair or replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

The remedy provided will depend on the nature of the defect, product availability, and the age of the item within the warranty period. We aim to provide a fair and reasonable resolution in every case. Any replaced product will carry the remaining warranty period of the original item, or 30 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.


6. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products sold through Nova Marketing are also covered by separate manufacturer warranties. Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies, it will be noted on the product listing page. In such cases:

  • The manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to, not in lieu of, the warranty provided by Nova Marketing.
  • Claims under a manufacturer’s warranty may need to be submitted directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their processes.
  • Nova Marketing can assist you in identifying manufacturer contact information and warranty procedures where possible.

Customers are encouraged to register their products with the manufacturer (where applicable) to activate or extend manufacturer warranty coverage.


7. Warranty Transferability

This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. It applies only to purchases made directly from novamarketing.site. The warranty becomes void if the product is resold, gifted to another party, or transferred to a second owner, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product-specific warranty terms.

If you received a product as a gift purchased through our Website, please contact us to discuss warranty eligibility, which may be considered on a case-by-case basis.


8. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Nova Marketing. We expressly disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. In such states, the duration of any implied warranties is limited to the duration of this express warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.


9. Limitation of Liability Under Warranty

Nova Marketing’s liability under this warranty shall be limited exclusively to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product, as described in Section 5. We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage.

Our total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price paid by the customer for the defective product. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
